vhs nostalgia: no tomorrow
so stoked when i stumbled upon this in the youtubes. i had this on vhs for a short time and for some reason its one of my favorite videos ever made. its got that kerouac road trip spirit and exists merely as a documentation of some of the shit that happened when the camera was actually on. the music is fucking awesome too especially scott bourne's choice of skating to lungfish. after just watching this again too i've sort of realized how much videos like this as well a few by antihero really influenced what i like to film and take photos of. most of all horizon line footage shot from cars. love that shit. its weird how shit like that gets stuck in your subconscious and sort of creeps out later into your own stuff. i feel like i owe a lot to skate videos influentially speaking.
